Please node the changes to our Research Development Grant program
Our Node Research Development Grant funding program provides support for Node members to develop new projects. While applications can still be submitted for review at anytime, these will be reviewed three times per year to better facilitate timely funds transfer and allow for more accurate grant holder expense planning. Applications will be reviewed October 15, February 15, and June 15 with outcome announcements sent to applicants within two weeks following the review. Due to limitation in funding, members are restricted to one successful application each.
We will consider ad-hoc requests from Node Members (Investigators and Knowledge Users) on a rolling basis to provide one-time funding up to $10,000. Funds are to be used to support research and/or knowledge exchange activities in the area of problematic substance use/addiction interventions (including prevention, harm reduction and specialty addiction treatment).
To date, we have approved 39 applications from Members for Node support.
